Në JPA, lidhjet mes tabelave shkruhen me anotacione: @ManyToOne (shumë nxënës në një klasë), @OneToMany (një klasë ka shumë nxënës), @ManyToMany. Hibernate-i i kthen në çelësa të huaj.
