Me new kërkon memorie gjatë ekzekutimit (në heap), dhe me delete e kthen kur s'të duhet më. Po harrove delete, memoria s'lirohet kurrë (memory leak). Në C++ modern përdor më shpesh vector ose smart pointers, që e bëjnë këtë vetë.
