ufw (Uncomplicated Firewall) e bën të lehtë të lejosh vetëm portat që duhen — p.sh. 22 (SSH), 80 dhe 443 (web) — dhe të bllokosh gjithçka tjetër. Në cloud, „security groups“ bëjnë të njëjtën gjë.
